We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 10.30 am and completed on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, the Board of Directors of Alkis H. Hadjikyriakos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd:

a) Examined and approved the final audited results for the year ended 31/12/2012 (loss: €3.73m). The final results are different from the preliminary results that have already been announced (profit of €1.84) due to the decision of the Board of Directors for permanent impairment in specific securities in the Group’s portfolio based on recent SEC’s remarks. The Annual Report will not be posted to the shareholders but copies will be available at the Company’s office, 115 Grigoriou Afxentiou Avenue, 2660 Kokkinotrimithia, tel. 22835090, fax: 22835950, email: info@froufrou.com.cy. It will also be available at the Company’s website, www.froufrou.com.cy.

b) Set the date for the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 5.30 pm at the Company’s office in Kokkinotrimithia. The relevant notification will be posted to all shareholders.

c) As announced on February 26, 2013, the Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a final dividend of €919,405 for 2012 (2011: €899.632), which corresponds to €0.0093 per share or 3.6% on the nominal value of the share capital and corresponds to an increase of 2.2% on the dividend of 2011.
