At its meeting held on 26 September 2024, at 10.30 a.m., the Board of Directors of ALKIS H.
HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU FROU BISCUITS) PUBLIC LTD examined and approved the unaudited consolidated
financial statements of the Group and the Interim Management Report for the half-year ended 30 June
2024, attached hereto.
An excerpt of the financial statements will be published in “Politis” newspaper on Friday, 27/09/24. Copies
of the full text of the interim consolidated financial statements will be available to the shareholders at the
Company’s offices. The statements are also posted on the Company’s website www.froufrou.com.cy.
