We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on August 7, 2014 at 10.30 am, the Board of Directors of Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd examined and approved the unaudited consolidated financial statements and the Interim Management Statement for the six months ended June 30, 2014. The results are attached.

The results will be published in newspaper “Politis” on Friday 8/8/2014. The results will not be posted to the shareholders but will be available free of charge at the Company’s registered office, 115 Gr. Afxentiou Avenue, 2660 Kokkinotrimithia and the Company’s website, www.froufrou.com.cy.
