Alkis H.Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd would like to remind all warrant holders that Power Warrants 2001 – 2015 of ALKIS H.HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU FROU BISCUITS) LTD will be exercisable on 20 – 30/6/2014.
The exercise price of warrants is €1.7086 for every share of nominal value €0.26. Warrant holders who wish to exercise their warrants must submit €1.7086 per warrant with a cheque payable to ALKIS H.HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU FROU BISCUITS) PUBLIC LTD together with the relevant certification. The warrant exercise will be carried out at the Hellenic Bank branches.
It is noted that the share’s trading price in the CSE is lower than the exercise price of warrants.
The letters, declarations and information on the exercise of warrants have already been posted to all warrant holders.
The announcement will be published in newspaper “Politis” and “Alithia” on Monday, 19/05/2014.
