We would like to announce that the Board of Directors of Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou
Biscuits) Public Ltd will hold an extraordinary meeting on Tuesday, 22 June 2021, at 8.00 a.m. to
study the decision of the Nicosia District Court to dismiss the Company’s corporate application
filed in 2015 against Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd. The said application concerned the
appointment of inspectors to investigate a possible administrative mismanagement in Rolandos
Enterprises Public Ltd. The said meeting will decide on the further legal measures and other
actions to be taken by the Company against Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd in connection with
its initial claim.
