We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on Monday, 26/2/2013 at 10.30 am, the Board of Directors of ALKIS H.HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU FROU BISCUITS) PUBLIC LTD:
a) Examined and approved the indicative results together with the Management Statement for the year ended December 31, 2012.
b) The Board of Directors decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a dividend of €919,405 (2011: €899,632) that corresponds to €0.0093 per share (2011: €0.0091) or 3.6% (2011: 3.5%) on the nominal value of the share capital and corresponds to 2.2% increase on the dividend of 2011. The proposed dividend also corresponds to a dividend yield of 6.2% on the closing price of the share of €0.149 as at December 31, 2012.
The results will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in newspaper “Politis” on Wednesday, February 27, 2013. Copies will be available at the Company’s registered office, 115 Grigori Afxentiou Avenue, 2660 Kokkinotrimithia, Nicosia.
