Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou-Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd announces that it reached a successful agreement with EVRIKA Ltd today for the acquisition of the industrial unit and brand of MON AMI products.
The signing of the agreement is subject to the approval of the Commission for the Protection of Competition and the conduct of a due diligence.
The acquisition is expected to affect positively the turnover and the profitability of Frou-Frou Group, which due to the prevailing uncertainty in the market will not try to make any forecast on sales or profitability at the current stage.
Further details will be available following the finalization of the agreement in an announcement to be released at a later stage.
