With reference to the aforementioned acquisition, it is clarified that Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou-Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd and EVRIKA LTD are independent and have no common Board members in their Boards of Directors or Secretaries, no Board member or Secretary is affected by the deal and there was no transaction in the past between the two companies.
Historically, the turnover of the MON AMI products in the past five years exceeded €1 million per annum.
It is estimated that the acquisition price includes goodwill of €1 million, the exact sum of which will be confirmed by the external auditors of the Company and will be presented in the financial statements of the Company for 2013.
