Further to the Company’s announcement on 7 April 2025, due to an extraordinary impediment that has arisen, it is announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd is postponed to Wednesday 30 April 2025, at 4:00 p.m. to examine and approve the Management Report and the audited consolidated financial statements of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2024.

The meeting will be held by teleconference.
