Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd announces the acquisition of a plot situated at Archangelos/Anthoupolis (near the American radio station) on 15/1/2013 by the subsidiary Haris M. Hadjikyriacos (Estates) Ltd against the sum of €2,500,000, which was paid cash.
The acquisition was made by Omikro Properties Ltd and the transaction was at arm’s length.
The property is of 7 dimes and 884 sq. meters and is located at “Sotira”, Archangelos/Anthoupolis, Lakatameia, Nicosia. It will be developed in due time with properties for rent. It will be included in the Group’s investment property and due to the existing uncertainty in the property market it is not expected to have significant impact on the Group’s results.
