We wish to inform you that at its scheduled meeting held on 27 August 2015, at 10.30 a.m., the Board of Directors of ALKIS H. HADJIKYRIAKOS (FROU FROU BISCUITS) PUBLIC LTD examined and approved the Group`s condensed unaudited consolidated financial statements and the Interim Management Report for the half-year ended 30 June 2015, which are attached hereto. Extracts of the financial statements will be published in “Politis” newspaper on Friday 28/08/2015. The condensed financial statements will not be sent to the Company`s shareholders, but copies will be available, free of charge, at the Company`s registered office, 115 Gr. Afxentiou Ave., 2660 Kokkinotrimithia and on the Company`s website www.froufrou.com.cy under “Financial Information”.
