Bakandy’s croutons are small, cube shaped pieces of re-baked bread, made and available using two different main ingredients, wheat and wholemeal flour. Croutons can be used in salads, most conventionally in a Caesar salad giving a rich, crunchy texture and flavour. Alternatively, they can be enjoyed in soups and stews as well.
