HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU-FROU BISCUITS) PUBLIC LTD hereby announces that yesterday, 26/08/20, its subsidiary FROU-FROU INVESTMENTS LTD made a non-recurrent profit generated from the sale of investments of its portfolio in New York of $2,036,215.26 (EURO 1,725,606.00) from the liquidation of 4 share titles. It should be noted that, based on the current accounting standards, the realised profit will not affect the operating profits of the Group since it will be counted directly towards reserves. The funds from the said liquidations will be re-invested in new shares when stock market conditions permit.
