Further to our previous announcement on the above subject, we wish to clarify that FROU-FROU INVESTMENTS LTD, subsidiary of ALKIS H. HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU-FROU BISCUITS) PUBLIC LTD, sold 4 share titles of public companies, which were included in its portfolio through stock exchange transactions carried out on the New York Stock Exchange.
The sale of the share titles was made on an arm’s length basis in the context of the main business activity of Frou-Frou Investments Ltd, which mainly includes investments in shares traded on stock exchanges.
