We wish to announce that the Board of Directors of Alkis H. Hadjikyriakos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd will hold an extraordinary meeting on Wednesday, 8 June 2016 at 08:00 a.m. to examine and decide upon the Company’s actions against Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd.
Alkis H. Hadjikyriakos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd as well as its subsidiary Frou Frou Investments, as shareholders controlling and holding over 10% of the share capital in Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd, has requested the submission to the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd of three resolutions regarding the amount of the remuneration and bonuses of the members of the Board of Directors (and family members of Rolandos Loizou). The majority shareholder as well as the members of the Board of Directors of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd, have not included in the AGM agenda the said resolutions, rejecting in this way the request submitted by the minority shareholders.
