The Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Alkis Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd was held on 23 October 2020. The Extraordinary General Meeting:
Approved the proposal of the Board of Directors for the payment of a final dividend for 2019 of €270.000 which corresponds to €0.00273 per share or 1.05% on the nominal value of the Company’s share capital. The Board of Directors decided to follow a more conservative approach with regard to the payment of dividend by retaining profits in reserves due to the high level of uncertainty resulting from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Cypriot and global economy.
Beneficiaries of the dividend will be the shareholders who will be registered in the records of the Cyprus Stock Exchange on 9 November 2020 (Record date). Therefore, the ex-dividend date of the shares of Alkis Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd will be 6 November 2020. The dividend will be paid and posted to the shareholders by 27 November 2020 (payment date) and the exact date will be announced.
