a.m., it studied the decision of the Nicosia District Court to dismiss the Company’s corporate
application filed in 2015 against Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd concerning the appointment of
inspectors to investigate a possible administrative mismanagement in Rolandos Enterprises
Public Ltd.
It was decided that the Company will file an appeal to set aside the first instance decision. It
was also decided to examine whether, under the legislation in force, alternative legal remedies
may be promoted to protect minority shareholders.
