ANNOUNCEMENT
The companies ALKIS H. HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU-FROU BISCUITS) PUBLIC LTD and FROU-FROU INVESTMENTS LTD, together with Michael (Alkis) H. Hadjikyriacos, in their capacity as majority shareholders of the public company ROLANDOS ENTERPRISES PUBLIC LTD, filed today, 19/12/2019, at the Nicosia District Court, a new additional derivative action against ROLANDOS ENTERPRISES PUBLIC LTD, Rolandos Loizou, Yiola Loizou, Andreas Loizou, Zoe Loizou and Michael Tyrimos, by which they seek, inter alia, total damages of 12,208,900.00 euro plus legal interest and expenses, corresponding to the amound borne and/or incurred by the company ROLANDOS ENTERPRISES PUBLIC LTD during the period 2015-2019 as a result of and/or due, inter alia, to the negligence and/or omissions and/or fraud and/or false pretenses and/or deceit and/or conspiracy of the Defendants, members of the board of directors against the company ROLANDOS ENTERPRISES PUBLIC LTD, and/or conspiracy of the Defendants to cause financial damage to the company ROLANDOS ENTERPRISES PUBLIC LTD and/or as a result of the violation of the Defendants’ duties resulting from the law and/or regulations and/or their position, towards and/or in connection with and/or vis-a-vis the company ROLANDOS ENTERPRISES PUBLIC LTD.
