Alkis H.Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd would like to remind all warrant holders that the period 22/6/2015 – 30/6/2015 will be the last period of exercise of Power Warrants 2001 – 2015 of Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou-Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd. The exercise price of warrants is €1.7086 for every share of nominal value €0.26. The payment of the exercise price is carried out with the payment of €1.7086 per warrant to Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou-Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd together with the submission of the warrant certificates during the aforementioned period only. The warrant exercise will be carried out at the Hellenic Bank branches. The shares that will be allocated from the exercise of the above Special Warrants will rank pari passu with the existing shares. It is noted that the share’s trading price in the CSE is lower than the exercise price of warrants. You are reminded that this is the last period of warrant exercise (wholly or partly). The warrants will trade in the CSE until 17/6/2015. After this date, they will be withdrawn. Pursuant to the provisions of the Prospectus dated February 28, 2015, all warrant holders who will not exercise their warrants by 30/6/2015 lose the opportunity to exercise the unexercised warrants. All unexercised warrants will be automatically cancelled. The letters, declarations and information on the exercise of warrants have already been posted to all warrant holders. The announcement will be published in newspaper “Politis” and “Alithia” on Monday, 18/05/2015.
