Bakandy’s Couvertures are made with our high quality chocolate moulded into small, medium sized and large couverture bars. They are available in 3 different varieties and sizes:
Bakandy’s Dark Couvertures have a high percentage of cacao but a low percentage of milk, delivering a strong, slightly bitter-smooth taste. They are available in bars of 150g, 300g and 1kg.
Bakandy’s Milk Couvertures have a high percentage of cacao and milk, delivering a sweet, smooth and creamy sensation. They are available in bars of 150g, 500g and 1kg.
Bakandy’s White Couvertures have a high percentage of milk, delivering a sweet, smooth and creamy taste. They are available in bars of 150g and 300g.
Conventionally used in baking as ingredients, our couvertures can also be consumed on their own.
