You are hereby informed that at its scheduled meeting held on 23 September 2021, at
10.30 a.m., the Board of Directors of Alkis Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd
examined and approved the Group’s condensed unaudited consolidated financial
statements and the Interim Management Report for the half-year ended 30 June 2021,
attached hereto.
Extracts of the financial statements will be published in “Politis” newspaper on Friday,
24/09/2021. Copies of the full text of the condensed unaudited consolidated financial
statements will be available to the shareholders, free of charge, at the Company’s
registered office 115 Gr. Afxentiou Avenue, 2660 Kokkinotrimithia, Nicosia. Additional
copies of the full text of the condensed interim consolidated financial statements have
been posted on the Company’s website, www.froufrou.com.cy, under “Financial
