The Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou
Biscuits) Public Ltd was held on 17 August 2022 by teleconference.
The Extraordinary General Meeting approved the award of external audit and tax advisory
services to the audit firm KPMG Limited, as proposed by the Board of Directors.
The re-appointment of the new auditors will be subject to the approval of the Company’s
Annual General Meetings.
