The exercise price of warrants is €1.7086 for every share of nominal value €0.26. Warrant holders who wish to exercise their warrants must submit €1.7086 per warrant with a cheque payable to ALKIS H.HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU FROU BISCUITS) PUBLIC LTD together with the relevant certification. The warrant exercise will be carried out at the Hellenic Bank branches.
