We wish to inform you that no Power Warrant 2001-2015 was exercised from June 22 to June 30, 2015. You are reminded that, as already informed by our announcement dated May 18, 2015, this is the last period of warrant exercise (entirely or partly). The warrants traded on the CSE until 17/6/2015. After this date, they were withdrawn. Pursuant to the provisions of the Prospectus dated February 28, 2001 all warrant holders (Warrants 2015) who have not exercised their Warrants by 30/6/2015 have lost their opportunity to exercise them. All unexercised warrants will be automatically cancelled.
